WILL CALL
Pre-ordered tickets will NOT be mailed. All tickets will be held at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival Will Call table under the name of the person who ordered the tickets (please be prepared to show your ID). You may pick up tickets at the Will Call table on the day of the show. If you wish to pick up tickets earlier, they will be available at the Director's Guild of America starting Friday, May 2 for shows at the DGA, NCPD and A/JAT locations. If you purchased tickets to multiple programs and your first show is at the Laemmle's Sunset 5, please pick up your tickets at the Sunset 5 Will Call table.

If you decide to pick up your tickets on the day of the program, we highly recommend getting to the theater early as programs do sell out and the festival has a No Show Policy (see below).

NO SHOW POLICY & RUSH TICKETS
We strongly advise you and your guests to arrive at the theater venue no later than 20 minutes before your scheduled screening and be seated in the theater 5 minutes before the scheduled screening time. At 5 minutes prior to screening time, the theater management will begin counting un-claimed seats in the event of a sold-out program.

If the program is sold-out, a limited number of "rush" tickets may become available immediately prior or at showtime due to No Shows. A separate line for each sold-out program will be formed at the Box Office. It is in your best interest to arrive early. Any available tickets from No Shows will be sold first come, first served.

PAYMENT
For pre-orders, including online orders, we only accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. A $3 handling charge will be applied to each credit card order, NOT each ticket. At the Box Office, we prefer cash payments. However, we accept checks as well as MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds for tickets purchased EXCEPT for program cancellations.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
• Program and Seminar Tickets are subject to availability.
• All Sales Are Final. No refunds or exchanges except for program cancellations.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled
• Visual Communications reserves the right to release vacant theater seats to the general public at the scheduled showtime of a particular program. At 5 minutes prior to screening time, the theater management will begin counting un-claimed seats in the event of a sold-out program. If ticket holders are not seated in the theater at the scheduled screening time, their ticket may be forfeited.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• This agreement is entered into and deemed to be accepted in the State of California. The validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement of this agreement and its acceptance shall be governed by laws of the State of California.
• Should any legal action arise from this agreement the prevailing party to any such action shall be entitled to such party's reasonable court costs and attorney's fees incurred. Further, the proper venue for any such action shall be in Los Angeles, California, which is the location for the headquarters of Visual Communications, and all parties hereto do hereby submit to said court's jurisdiction for all purposes.
